AgileAlert is a service operated by Agile Alert Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We provide a live electricity price dashboard and optional alert notifications for UK households on the Octopus Agile tariff.

The live price dashboard at agilealert.co.uk/energy-dashboard is free to use with no account required. It shows:
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the free service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice before any significant change.
Monthly: £2.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual: £24.99 per year (equivalent to £2.08/month, saving approximately 17%)
Free trial: 30 days free on first subscription. No charge until the trial ends.
The Alerts subscription provides:
Your 30-day free trial begins when you first subscribe. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected. You may cancel during the trial period at any time and you will not be charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected. All prices include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you will not receive a refund for the remaining days, but you will retain access to the Alerts service until the period ends. To cancel, email hello@agilealert.co.uk or use the cancellation link in any billing email.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, we will treat this as acceptance of the new price.
Electricity price data displayed on AgileAlert is sourced from the Octopus Energy public API and the National Grid ESO Carbon Intensity API. We update prices every 30 minutes as data is published.
We make no warranty, express or implied, that the data displayed is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. Electricity prices can change, API data can be delayed or incorrect, and AgileAlert may experience technical issues that affect data availability.
You should always verify current prices directly with Octopus Energy before making significant financial decisions based on data from this site. AgileAlert accepts no liability for any financial loss arising from reliance on data displayed on this website.
Savings estimates shown on the website (e.g. "save £164/year on your dishwasher") are illustrative figures based on typical UK household usage patterns and typical Agile price differentials. Your actual savings will depend on your usage, region, and the prices on Agile during your specific usage times. These figures are not a guarantee.

The AgileAlert name, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of Agile Alert Ltd. The electricity price data displayed is sourced from Octopus Energy and National Grid ESO under their respective public API terms. Carbon intensity data is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Agile Alert Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are a consumer (using the service for personal, non-commercial purposes), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect those rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription from the date of purchase. However, if you have begun using the service within that period, you may lose this right. We will always offer a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate the service before any charge is made.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify paying subscribers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
